Founder, Owner & Therapist
Tahnee works with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, dissociation, emotional overwhelm, and major life transitions. She specializes in working with first responders, veterans, military personnel, and LGBTQ+ clients.
Her approach is trauma-informed, collaborative, and grounded in helping clients build resilience, self-understanding, and practical tools for healing.

Susan Nelson, MS, LPCC
Director of Operations, LPC Candidate
Susan works with adolescents (12+) and adults, including students, military members, veterans, and BIPOC communities. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, neurodivergence (including Autism and ADHD), self-esteem, life transitions, and recovery support.
Her approach is warm, trauma-informed, and client-centered, helping clients feel supported, empowered, and understood while navigating life’s challenges.

Sienna Ressel, MA, LPCC
LPC Candidate
Sienna works with adolescents (13+) and adults, including individuals, couples, and BIPOC communities. She specializes in adolescent stress and identity, relationship dynamics, codependency, boundary setting, grief, and neurodivergence.
Her approach is supportive, client-centered, and grounded in helping clients build resilience, strengthen relationships, and create a more balanced and fulfilling life.

Amber Simon, MS, LPCC
LPC Candidate
Amber works with children (8+), adolescents, and adults through individual and group therapy. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and domestic violence/intimate partner violence.
Her approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients process difficult experiences, build coping skills, and move toward meaningful growth and healing.

Michaela Poland, MS, LPCC
LPC Candidate
Michaela works with children (5+), adolescents, and adults, including individuals, couples, families, groups, and LGBTQ+ clients. She specializes in grief and loss, relationship and family conflict, eating disorders and self-image concerns, burnout, OCD, neurodivergence, and women’s issues, including perinatal support.
Her approach is supportive, collaborative, and trauma-informed, helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered as they work toward healing, balance, and meaningful growth.

Elizabeth Torres, MS, LPCC
LPC Candidate | Bilingual Therapist (Spanish Speaking)
Elizabeth works with children (6+), adolescents, and adults, including couples, families, BIPOC communities, LGBTQ+ clients, and Spanish-speaking individuals. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, self-esteem, addiction and recovery, grief, and mood and personality disorders.
Her approach is grounded, compassionate, and trauma-informed, creating a space where clients feel safe to show up authentically, build resilience, and move toward meaningful healing and growth in either English or Spanish.

Sophia French, MA, LPCC
LPC Candidate
Sophia works with adolescents (14+) and adults, including individuals, couples, groups, and LGBTQ+ clients. She specializes in anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, chronic illness, neurodivergence, and women’s issues.
Her approach is compassionate, authentic, and trauma-informed, creating a supportive space where clients can better understand themselves, strengthen self-trust, and move toward a more fulfilling and values-aligned life.

Kimberly Tovar, MA, LPCC
LPC Candidate | Bilingual Therapist (Spanish Speaking)
Kimberly works with adolescents, adults, couples, families, military families, and Spanish-speaking clients. She specializes in trauma, postpartum mental health, substance use, relationship challenges, life transitions, and support for at-risk youth.
Her approach is compassionate, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, integrating attachment-based, somatic, and EMDR-informed care to help clients build emotional safety, resilience, and meaningful healing.
