Our group counseling services offers a supportive, therapist-led space to connect with others who “get it,” learn skills, and move through tough seasons together. Our groups are small (so you’ll be seen and heard) and structured (so you’ll leave with tools you can use right away).

EMDR INTENSIVES

EMDR Intensives are focused, extended-format sessions designed to support deep trauma processing when weekly therapy isn’t enough. This approach integrates EMDR with somatic and nervous system–informed care, allowing the work to move at a pace that supports safety, regulation, and integration.

Each intensive is carefully structured and individualized, with preparation, built-in breaks, grounding strategies, and aftercare planning woven throughout. The goal is not to rush healing, but to create a contained space where meaningful progress can occur.

Best for: clients with single-incident or complex trauma, those who feel stuck in traditional therapy, or individuals seeking focused, intentional trauma treatment.
