Sara Stegeman, MS, LPCC
Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate
I believe healing begins when we feel truly seen, understood, and accepted. My approach honors each person as the expert of their own story, creating a compassionate space where vulnerability is welcomed and self-discovery can unfold. I support adults navigating trauma, anxiety, women’s issues, body image concerns, mood and personality disorders, adult adoptee experiences, and psychedelic integration. My goal is to help clients build resilience, deepen self-understanding, and move toward growth that feels authentic, meaningful, and entirely their own.
