Women’s Walk & Talk Therapy Group at Red Rocks Canyon
A supportive outdoor therapy group for women navigating change, stress, and emotional overwhelm.
Join us for a guided walk-and-talk psychotherapy experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself, build resilience, and feel supported in a grounded natural setting.
Held at the beautiful Red Rocks Canyon Open Space, this group combines movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection with other women who understand what it means to move through life transitions.

No hiking experience required. This is a gentle, accessible walking pace.
Why Outdoor Therapy?
Nature and movement can support emotional healing in powerful ways. Walking side-by-side often feels more natural and less intimidating than sitting in a room, while fresh air and movement can reduce stress and improve clarity.

To join, complete the form below. Attendance is capped at 10 participants, and once your information is submitted, one of our clinicians will contact you with confirmation and next steps.
