Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe enough to show up honestly, without fear of judgment or pressure to have everything figured out. My goal is to create a supportive and culturally responsive environment where clients feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood.

I work collaboratively with clients as they navigate trauma, postpartum experiences, substance use recovery, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in connection, trust, and nervous system-informed care, helping clients build resilience, strengthen emotional safety, and create meaningful, lasting change.
