Michaela Poland, MS, LPCC

Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

I understand that making space for yourself can feel unfamiliar or even overwhelming. If taking an hour each week feels like a big step, you are not alone in that. From our first session, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel comfortable exactly as you are.

We will move at a pace that feels right for you. I help normalize the therapeutic process while gently exploring any hesitations, barriers, or hopes you may have about beginning this journey. Together, we identify meaningful steps toward healing and work toward building a life that feels authentic, balanced, and fulfilling.
