Licensed Professional Counselor Candidate

IMG_2636.jpeg

I approach therapy with honesty, steadiness, and deep respect for your lived experience. I believe meaningful change begins in a space where you feel safe enough to be real, without masking, people-pleasing, or minimizing what you’re carrying. My role is not to “fix” you, but to walk alongside you as you make sense of your experiences and move toward growth that feels authentic and sustainable.

As a bilingual therapist, I provide services in both English and Spanish and honor whichever language feels most natural to you. I am committed to creating culturally responsive care where your story is understood within the context of your identity, family, and community.

Beyond the Therapy Room

Outside of the therapy room, Elizabeth loves spending time outdoors and discovering new places to hike or camp with her partner, usually with their dog joining the adventure. Yes, she is absolutely a dog mom. She also enjoys traveling and exploring new places whenever the opportunity arises. When she’s at home, you’ll likely find her playing video games, dancing, trying new recipes, reading a good book, or getting creative with painting and working with clay.
