Hi there! I'm Tahnee Roberts, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Colorado. I offer supervision to LPCCs seeking licensure, whether you're interested in joining Embrace Wellness Counseling Services or contracting with me independently.

My supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and grounded in growth. I believe supervision should be a dynamic process that promotes both personal and professional development. Throughout our work together, I will take on various roles—teacher, consultant, and counselor—as needed to help you deepen your clinical insight, strengthen your skills, and navigate the complexities of client care.
While supervision can include personal reflection, it's not a substitute for therapy. Any concerns outside of your clinical work will be referred to another qualified professional for support.

Hello! I’m Nicole Dillon, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Clinical Supervisor in the state of Colorado. I provide clinical supervision to LPCCs who are working toward licensure, whether you're part of Embrace Wellness Counseling Services or seeking supervision as an external contractor.
Supervision with me is a collaborative and evolving experience. My goal is to foster a safe, reflective space where you can grow in confidence, clinical skill, and ethical decision-making. I take on various roles—mentor, consultant, and educator—as we explore client cases, build your professional identity, and support your overall development.
While supervision may touch on personal insights, it is distinct from therapy. Any non-clinical concerns will be referred out for appropriate support.

Fees
Supervision for counseling candidates who are employed with Embrace Wellness Counseling Services receive supervision at no cost. Non-employed candidates who would like to contract as their supervisor will receive supervision at $100/hour for individual supervision and/or $50/hour for group supervision.
Late Cancel/No Show Fees
Supervisee’s are expected to prepare for and attend supervision appointments as scheduled. A no-show fee of $100 (individual)/$50 (group) will be charged if any cancellations do not take place with a 24 hour notice of the appointment and must be paid prior to the next appointment.
