Ethan Dahlberg, MA, LPC, NCC
Licensed Professional Counselor
I approach therapy with the belief that people can reclaim stability, connection, and hope, even when life feels overwhelming or fractured. I draw from both my professional experience and my own lived challenges to understand how difficult seasons can shape a person’s identity and relationships. I work with adults, couples, and older adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, anger, substance use, emotional regulation, communication issues, and relational strain. My goal is to offer steady, compassionate support and evidence-based tools to help you rebuild confidence, strengthen your foundation, and move toward meaningful change at a pace that supports your growth.
