How do I pick the right counselor for me?

You have the autonomy to select your counselor. We believe in the importance of finding the best match for your needs. When we recruit new counselors, we seek professionals who are equipped to address a diverse range of issues. You retain the choice of which clinician you'd like to work with. In the event that you feel a counselor isn't the ideal fit for you, we are more than willing to offer information about other qualified professionals in the area who may better suit your preferences.

 

How do I schedule an appointment?

Our aim is to simplify the process of scheduling appointments for you. To set up an appointment, you have a few convenient options:

  • Contact Your Preferred Therapist: Reach out to your chosen therapist directly through phone, text, or email by visiting their dedicated page in the menu.

  • Contact Embrace Wellness Counseling Services: Feel free to give us a call at 719-368-9248 or send us an email at troberts@embracewellnesscs.com.

Our goal is to eliminate any barriers to accessing counseling services. If you are already a client, you can log in to the client portal or get in touch with your clinician directly to schedule an appointment. We're here to assist you in your journey toward well-being.

Do you prescribe medication?

The team at Embrace Wellness Counseling Services does not have the authority to prescribe medication. However, we are committed to working in conjunction with prescribing physicians to ensure our clients receive comprehensive care. If you would like us to coordinate with your current psychiatrist, please inform us, and we will provide the necessary documentation for your convenience. Additionally, if you are in need of a prescribing physician, we are more than happy to offer recommendations. Your well-being is our priority, and we are here to support you on your journey.

Retreats

When does registration close?

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your spot at the retreat, please inform us as soon as possible. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If you cancel at least one month before the retreat, you will receive a full refund, minus a $150 deposit.

  • If you cancel at least two weeks before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund, excluding your deposit.

  • If you cancel with less than two weeks' notice, you will not receive a refund.

We appreciate your understanding of our cancellation policy, as it helps us manage the logistics of the retreat effectively.

What happens if the retreat gets cancelled? 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring a retreat cancellation, we will promptly inform you, and you will receive a complete refund, which includes your deposit.

Do you provide transportation to the retreat?

While we are unable to provide transportation to the retreat, we are happy to help facilitate carpooling arrangements. If you're interested in carpooling with fellow participants, please let us know, and we will connect you with others who share the same interest.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes. If you would like to divide your payments you may pay in three installments between when you book and when registration closes. 

What about the use of my phone/electronics?

There will be wifi, however, during program activities we ask that phones are left in your room or to the side so you fully focus on yourself and get the most benefit from your retreat! We absolutely understand that you may need to check in from time to time. 

 

Will there be alcohol provided or allowed?

There will not be alcohol provided or permitted at this retreat. However, we will have cocktails and other fun drinks to enjoy! We hope this helps with optimal retreat benefits.
