I believe you don’t have to have it all figured out before reaching out for support. I offer a person-centered space where we can work together to gently uncover the roots of what may be keeping you stuck while building the resilience to move from simply surviving to truly thriving. Using a thoughtful blend of evidence-based strategies, I tailor therapy to fit your unique needs and help you develop practical skills for flexibility, resilience, and lasting change that feel authentic to you.

Taking that first step can feel intimidating, and that’s okay. If you’ve been thinking about therapy, that quiet nudge is worth listening to. You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported exactly as you are.
