The holidays can be an especially difficult time after the loss of a loved one. This supportive drop-in group offers a compassionate space to share, connect, and reflect with others who are navigating grief during the season. Whether your loss is recent or years old, you are welcome here.

Who: Ages 16+

When: Fridays, December 19th & December 26th

Time: 1:00–3:00 PM

Where: Embrace Wellness Counseling Services, 5245 Centennial Blvd, Suite 200, Colorado Springs, CO 80919

Cost: $20 per session

Insurance: Medicaid and most major insurance plans accepted
​You may attend one or both dates. Registration is required to ensure space availability.

Participants will be guided through gentle conversation, grounding strategies, and optional reflective activities designed to help you:

This group is supportive, not therapy, and is intended for those grieving the death of someone close to them.​

How to Join
To join, complete the form below. Attendance is capped at 15 participants, and once your information is submitted, our admin team or Sienna will contact you with confirmation and next steps.
You don’t have to walk through grief alone. Together, we’ll create space for comfort, connection, and healing.
